Day 3-
Something I wore today.
These are my running shoes. Me and these babies put in some work today. I went back to the gym for the first time this week and man, that was a hard workout. We do boot camp style workouts which means a lot of running, a lot of lifting, a lot of pushups, and a lot of well…everything that has to do with working out.
I started The Skinny Jeans Team Challenge at my gym this week. It’s an 8 week contest where we follow a weekly menu, do a boot camp style workout at least 3 times a week, and complete team challenges. This weeks challenge was to come up with a team name, design a team shirt, and take a team picture. Being a designer and photographer, this was the fun part :) The working out part isn’t so bad either…when it’s done. I’m a 2nd degree black belt, so I’ve gone through 2 four month black belt trainings, but man…that was awhile ago!!! I’m looking forward to the results of the training though, so sticking to it I must! It’s fun to pick someone in the workout class and challenge myself to run faster, lift more, and just do better than them. That keeps me motivated the whole workout.
